COACH CLAIRE
Claire is a dedicated and hardworking hockey player who has demonstrated leadership both on and off the ice. She has competed at the AA level with the Northshore Warhawks, where she scored over 40 goals during the season. She currently plays AAA hockey with the Milwaukee Junior Admirals and has been a part of the program for several years, developing a strong foundation of skill, competitiveness, and hockey IQ. In 2025, Claire was a member of a championship-winning team that captured the state title, highlighting her impact and commitment to team success.
Beyond her playing career, Claire gives back to the sport by assisting with coaching at the Mites level, serving as a positive role model for young athletes and helping foster a love for the game. She is also an active member of her high school’s Key Club volunteer program, reflecting her strong character and dedication to her community.
Claire has begun the college recruiting process and is currently visiting campuses while connecting with college coaches who are recruiting her to play at the next level. Known for her work ethic, coachability, and leadership, Claire continues to set a strong example as both an athlete and a person.

COACH SAMI
Sami is a highly driven and accomplished hockey player with a 12-year career competing at elite levels. Having played AAA hockey for several years, she has developed a strong hockey IQ, offensive vision, and the ability to create scoring opportunities for both herself and her teammates. Her performance and leadership earned her recruitment to Culver Academy, where she thrived in a competitive hockey environment while successfully balancing academics and athletics. Known for her ability to read the game, control the pace of play, and contribute in all situations, Sami has been a consistent offensive presence and a trusted teammate throughout her career.
Beyond her on-ice accomplishments, Sami is committed to growing the game of hockey. She has volunteered her time coaching and mentoring young girls at hockey camps, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and foster a love for the sport. Her dedication to giving back reflects her strong character and leadership.
Sami has committed to St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she will continue her hockey career as a member of the NCAA Division III women’s hockey team. As she takes the next step in her athletic journey, she brings valuable experience, leadership, and passion to her program both on and off the ice.

KATE GILMAN
Kate is a proud mom of four daughters and a strong advocate for youth sports and athlete development. Three of her daughters play competitive hockey, while her fourth competes in gymnastics, giving Kate a deep appreciation for the dedication, discipline, and teamwork that sports instill in young athletes. With two daughters currently competing at the AAA level and another playing AA with AAA firmly in her sights, Kate understands the commitment and growth that come with pursuing high-level athletics.
Kate believes that growing sports—especially for young athletes—plays a vital role in building confidence, resilience, and life skills both on and off the ice. Recognizing a need to grow female hockey, she created a hockey camp specifically focused on all-girls development. Her goal is to provide an environment where young female athletes can build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Through her family’s experiences and her work with the camp, Kate continues to encourage girls to chase their goals, work hard, and grow both as athletes and individuals.
